Return Policy

If any of our valued customers are not satisfied with an item(s) on receipt, it can be returned in its original condition without using with all tags affixed and in original packaging, within 10 days of receipt. We will apply a credit to your original form of payment, with less shipping, and gift wrapping charges.

Clearance/special discounted items,

Please note that all merchandise purchased in special discount offers or clearance, cannot be returned or exchanged.

How to return a purchase:

Please send us the completed bottom portion of your packing slip, included in your shipment, and the item(s) you wish to return. Please follow the instructions below.

Instruction for packaging:
Pack items securely in the original box. Affix the return label, located at the bottom of your packing slip, to the outside of the box.
Select the reason for return on the bottom portion of your packing slip & do not forget to mention RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
Enclose the bottom portion of the packing slip with the item(s) and retain the top portion for your records.
Packages should be shipped through a traceable shipping method Please note that the return label is not pre-paid; therefore, all return shipments must be prepaid. www.shopsaltlamps.com will not be responsible for the return shipping cost & do not accept C.O.D.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless you are returning something as a result of a shipping error.
